Esther is the founder and managing partner of the EMC Law. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from Moi University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2015 and became a member of the Law Society of Kenya. She is also a certified professional mediator.
As a trained mediator, she is a resourceful and strategic thinker bearing excellent communication skills with a natural affinity for cultivating relationships, persuading, convening, facilitating and building consensus in diverse multi-cultural and multi – disciplinary environments.
She has experience in transacting and negotiating complex contracts and commercial transactions, banking securities, and advisory on all aspects of real estate acquisition and development. She has an exemplary track record in offering full range services.
